WELCOME TO MY WORLD   

Diane Wood is a master of the pastel media and has tackle many subjects in her works over the years. After visiting Monet's gardens and touring the artist's home in Giverny, France, Wood dedicated herself to recreating some of the garden, water lilies, and famous the Japanese Bridge. Wood's Monet-inspired pieces capture the serenity and tranquility of these scenes. Landscapes of Colorado and the flowers that grow in Wood's own garden are also included in this show.  It is representative of the material Wood loves to paint and the world in which she lives.
